Refund Policy

At Tinted2Bee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Refund Policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 10 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tinted2bee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at tinted2bee@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at tinted2bee@gmail.com to arrange the exchange. We will provide you with return instructions and send a replacement once we receive the damaged or defective item.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Refunds for International Orders
For international returns, shipping fees, customs, and duties are non-refundable. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at tinted2bee@gmail.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may still return the item in accordance with our return policy.
